This is an inner chamber rectangular vacuum dryer capable of processing a large amount of samples with a maximum temperature of 500°C. The door sealing area is water-cooled. This is a vacuum dryer for processing materials for high-tech products such as rare metals and battery materials. It can switch to an N2 atmosphere. It is equipped with a stirring fan to improve temperature distribution accuracy and a cooling function (developed in-house) to reduce waiting time during workpiece extraction.

To enhance the accuracy of the temperature distribution in the vacuum dryer, temperature-controlled hot water is supplied internally through piping. By circulating hot water to each shelf, direct heat conduction to the workpiece is also possible.

A large vacuum dryer is equipped with a cold trap. The selection of the refrigeration unit allows for cooling down to -30°C (refrigerator). The vacuum pump is selected based on the volatile components from the workpiece. An N2 charge structure is also available as an option.

Achieving high radiation under vacuum means that heating can be done quickly, leading to significant cost reductions. By applying our unique groundbreaking special processing (patent pending) to the heat source section of the vacuum dryer, we have successfully increased the radiation heat in a vacuum, and it has been confirmed that the heat absorption of the workpiece has significantly improved. Our technology can be applied to any model of our vacuum dryers, and comparative testing with test machines is also possible.
